1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at turbo-e-commerce.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Turbo E-Commerce Inc. (“Turbo E-Commerce,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Purpose of the Site
This Site is the corporate web presence of Turbo E-Commerce Inc. It provides information about the company and the consumer brands we own. It does not sell products, accept orders, or provide software or services to third parties. Purchases of our brands’ products are made on those brands’ own storefronts or on marketplaces where we list them.
3. Acceptable Use
You may view and share pages on the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, scrape it in a way that burdens our systems, misrepresent your identity when contacting us, or use Site content to suggest that Turbo E-Commerce endorses a third party.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site’s text, layout, graphics, and the Turbo E-Commerce name, together with the Shroomsy and Scrubsy names, logos, and product imagery shown here, are owned by Turbo E-Commerce Inc. or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, or use those materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Nominative references to our brands that are accurate and non-misleading are not restricted by this paragraph.
5. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to brand storefronts and marketplace listings we operate. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or practices on sites we do not control, other than our own brand properties.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability of the information on the Site. Product descriptions on this Site are informational; the terms of any purchase are those of the storefront where the purchase is made.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turbo E-Commerce Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its contents. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Suffolk County, New York, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the Site, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
